NRG Solar joins with China's GCL-Poly for US project pushChinese polysilicon giant GCL-Poly and New Jersey-based developer NRG Solar are forming a joint-venture company to build projects in the US. The new venture, called Sunora, will be 50/50 owned by GCL and NRG Solar, a subsidiary of NRG Energy.
